Volleyball

Welcome to Middle School Volleyball

We are excited to share our program success and information with you. We believe in developing the whole person.  While the goal is to build a successful Volleyball program, there are many life lessons to be learned on the court, with teammates and through relationships built within the team. Skill development comes first, then tactical development.  Tactical strategies can only be implemented when players have the skill to execute them.  Skill development takes time and repetitive practice (i.e. summer workouts). We expect players to give 100% in practice. Players need to take risks in practice to find out what their capabilities are. If they never push themselves, they won’t know what they are capable of. Prepare yourself both physically and mentally to start on time.  Be ready to focus on volleyball once you enter the gym doors.

I coach to help young people develop a love for sports and for others that will steer them toward becoming people who will change the world for good. I also want to have a positive influence on lives, help kids learn basic fundamentals, to be part of a family, and to be a positive role model during an important time of growth in young people’s lives.
