Fall, Winter and Spring Athletics and Training
Athletics Registration
Registration for Middle School Sports begins one (1) month before the start of the season.
Athletes must have a Sports Qualifying Physical on file with the district before they are allowed to register. Sports Qualifying Physicals are valid for three (3) years.
Sports Qualifying Physical can be submitted to the district by:
- Hard copy to the SRRMS Office
- Via email to the Activities Director
- Via Fax - 320-259-8909
Storm Training Program(STP)
Storm Training Program is available for students in grades 7-8, and is offered through Sauk Rapids Recreation. We encourage all of our student-athletes, that are out-of-season, to participate in our Storm Training Program to continue their development as an athlete.

Activities Registration
While some Middle School Activities are free, other require a fee. Registration for select Middle School Activities begins one (1) month before the start of the season/session.
Activities with registration include:
- Art Club
- Knowledge Bowl
- Robotics
- Speech
- Theatre
