Welcome to Storm Wrestling!
Wrestling is the oldest and most natural sport. Everyone grows up wrestling siblings, parents, friends and even sometimes, the family dog. Wrestling dates back to 708BC, making it one of the most historic sports in the world. Wrestling has the ability to teach its participants a great deal of skills and habits that have lasting benefits long after retirement from the sport.

- Athletes will be issued singlets, and warm-ups. These will be the responsibility of the athlete to maintain, and turn in after season. Any missing or damaged equipment will be the financial responsibility of the athlete.
- Athletes will supply their own wrestling shoes and headgear.
- Athletes will need to bring their own water bottles to practices; have them filled on the way to practice.
- Athletes should practice in shorts and short/long shirt. Sweatpants are ok. Sweatshirts should not be worn during practice.
